Precautions for Using Battery Box

When the battery is connected for the first time, an encoder battery failure with fault code Er208 will occur. It is necessary to set to 2031.11h (F31.10) to reset the encoder failure, power on again, and then operate the absolute position system.

When the battery voltage is detected to be less than 3.0V, an encoder battery warning with fault code ALF90 will occur. Please replace the battery in time.

When the servo is powered off, replacing the battery and powering it on again will cause an encoder battery failure with fault code Er208, and the multi-turn data will mutate. Please set 2031.11h(F31.10)=4 Reset the encoder fault and re-operate the origin return function.

In the power-off state, please ensure that the maximum speed of the motor does not exceed 6000rpm to ensure that the encoder position information is accurately recorded.

During storage, please store according to the specified ambient temperature, and ensure that the battery contact is reliable and the power is sufficient, otherwise the encoder position information may be lost.

This cable connection is compatible with motors rated at 850W, 1300W, 1500W, 1800W, 2000W, 2500 and 2900W.
