This is the latest DSY series DC servo system, featuring a 48VDC 100W servo motor and a 24-70VDC 200W servo driver. The motor boasts a rated torque of 0.318Nm, a peak torque of 0.954Nm, and a rated speed of 3000rpm.
This system is enhanced with a standard 17-bit single-turn magnetic incremental encoder and utilizes a high power density design, enabling it to deliver robust performance in a compact form factor, with the capability to achieve up to 3 times instantaneous overload. The innovative magnetic circuit design significantly reduces torque ripple, ensuring minimal vibration during operation and delivering smoother torque output.
Ideal for a wide range of applications, this servo system is particularly suited for mobile robots (AMR, AGV), service robots, specialized robots, logistics and warehousing, sorting systems, medical devices, precision instruments, and the light textile industry, where both voltage and size constraints are critical considerations.
